As the dust begins to settle

Just when you're thinking your summer is slowing down, you very quickly realize it snot. We have had an amazing summer filled with family, friends, and fun. So much to report and so little energy to compose. I'm such the sorry blogger anymore, I know. It's been a busy one and fairly well documented via my Powershot. Although Gus appears to be air guitarring, he is actually heavily sedated and recovering from having had his little knee reset after breaking it trying to clear our Daisy Deterrent gate at the bottom of the stairs. Eeyore feels his pain.
